11. OLA MOP Team App — Camera Permission
The OLA MOP Team application (used by professionals and service providers) requests access to the device camera to support on-site service delivery.
Purpose of camera access:
- Capture 'before' photos of the work area at the start of each booking to document its initial condition.
- Capture 'after' photos once the job is completed so the customer and our team can verify the final result.
- Provide evidence for quality assurance and to resolve any customer complaints or disputes fairly.
The camera is activated only from within the application and only when the professional explicitly chooses to attach photos to an active booking. OLA MOP does not record, stream, or capture images in the background, and the camera is never accessed without the professional's direct action.
Captured photos are uploaded to OLA MOP's secure servers and are accessible only to the customer linked to the booking, the assigned professional, and authorized OLA MOP administrators for the purpose of service verification. These photos are not shared with third parties, used for advertising, or processed by any external service.
Professionals may revoke camera permission at any time from their device settings. Please note that disabling the camera will prevent completing bookings that require photo documentation.
